By commissioning me you 100% understand my rules and requests.

If you have a deadline please let me know when you commission me, I may not be able to complete your request.

My commissions may not reflect my morals , values , and interests. This is my job not my personal work.

Commissions are a luxury item and skills I have learned over the years to create. I am not a retailer in where returns and exchanges or applicable .

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces as NFT.

Furthermore, I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

I DO NOT do complicated backgrounds at the moment but will discuss if possible. Complicated backgrounds will be an extra charge.

I require full payment up front before you will receive any kind of draft. Once paid I’ll send you your sketch to confirm and continue work.

Once line art is confirmed and sent to you , any changes to it once I’ve started on flats will cost extra.

If not paid, or payment plan not discussed, I will terminate a project after 1 month of not getting a response.

For any additional characters it will have an additional 50% price charge.

Any art I create for you must be credited to me (ie: no removing my watermark or claiming as your own) and have the right to use as an example , or for my portfolio.

I use PayPal , Ko-Fi, and Venmo. PayPal does take a portion of the money you will send me so tips on Ko-Fi are welcome.

When given an estimate of time please be patient sometimes I’m working on multiple pieces at once and I do my best to update you if theirs any time estimate changes. I’m also human I can’t plan everything in life if I become delayed. I will always contact and update you regularly before each step. If an issue occurs and I feel like it’s too much or disrespectful I can refuse service and give a full or partial refund.

Extending the point above ^ If anything interferes with the work I am making for you (ex: IRL Emergency, delayed start time , any IRL issues ) I will let you know as soon as possible and update you on an estimate. I keep my Trello updated to give you an idea on how far I am with your work if I have not messaged you.

Unless I contact you directly my work hours are 7am-12am I do my best to work as much as possible while taking care of myself . If I send you a direct message outside of the hours shown I have no problems confirming or discussing your commission. I do have to rest and take care of myself outside of these hours please be patient .

I DO draw NSFW, I will NOT draw feral , underage NSFW . I also do not draw animalistic genitalia it will be more anthro.

I will only work with people 18+ due to personal preference and experience.

If I’m uncomfortable with your request please do not attack me for it.

I do not accept bitcoin or any other virtual payment.

Once paid I cannot refund you unless discussed otherwise. Feel free to contact me if there are problems or changes.

50% of the charge is non refundable. If more than half of the commission is complete, there will no type of refund.

Provide me with all references, requests, and details upon first contacting me so no changes have to be made later on. Changing line-art or a whole new palette after detailing is difficult and may cost more . Any changes made after detailing will cost an additional charge.
